1. Agreement
By booking a service with M&A Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and form a legal agreement between you and M&A Cleaning Services.
2. Services
Scope of Services: We provide residential, commercial, and end of tenancy cleaning services, including deep cleaning. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
Customizations: Any additional services or customizations must be requested and agreed upon in advance. Additional charges may apply.
3. Booking and Payment
Deposits: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking for commercial, residential, deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning services.
Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the cleaning service. For recurring services, payment is due at the end of each month.
Methods: We accept, credit/debit cards (through PayPal), and bank transfers.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for commercial, residential, end of tenancy and deep cleaning.
Fees: Cancellations made less than the required notice period will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
5. Access to Property
Access: The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, a fee equivalent to 25% of the service cost will apply.
Security: Clients should secure or remove any fragile or valuable items prior to our arrival. M&A Cleaning Services is not responsible for any damage or loss of items not properly secured.
6. Health and Safety
Products: We use eco-friendly and safe cleaning products. Clients must inform us of any specific allergies or sensitivities in advance. If you would like us to use your cleaning products, please inform us of this when making your booking.
Hazards: Clients should inform us of any potential hazards in the home or business prior to our arrival.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Quality: We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any issues free of charge.
Inspection: Clients are encouraged to inspect the property after the service is completed and report any concerns immediately.
8. Liability
Damage: While we take utmost care, M&A Cleaning Services is not liable for any pre-existing damages to property or items. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Injury: M&A Cleaning Services is not responsible for any injuries sustained by clients or third parties during the service if proper precautions were not communicated or if safety measures were ignored.
9. Privacy
Data: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Amendments
Changes: M&A Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, which will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
11. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [England, Scotland and wales]. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of [England, Scotland and Wales].
